2023 8th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2023) was successfully held, and the conference came to a successful conclusion!

第八届电气、电子和计算机工程研究国际学术研讨会(ISAEECE 2023)与第二届云计算、性能计算与深度学习国际学术会议(CCPCDL 2023)由浙江水利水电学院、北方工业大学、浙江省青年高层次人才协会、湖州市南浔区科学技术局主办,由浙江水利水电学院电气工程学院、浙江水利水电学院科技处、杭州市仪器仪表学会承办,并由浙江大学、大连交通大学、中国计量大学、浙江工业大学、杭州电子科技大学、浙江正泰中自控制工程有限公司、杭州美仪自动化技术股份有限公司、杭州益昊农业科技有限公司协办,于 2023年2月18日成功召开,圆满落幕!本次会议采用双线模式召开。与会代表、主讲嘉宾、参会以及在线观看学者总数近2000人。

2023 8th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2023) and 2023 2nd International conference on Cloud Computing, Performance Computing and Deep Learning (CCPCDL 2023), sponsored by Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, North China University of Technology, Zhejiang Youth High-level Talents Association, Nanxun District Science and Technology Bureau of Huzhou City, organized by School of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Department of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Hangzhou Institute of Instrumentation, co-sponsored by Zhejiang University, Dalian Jiaotong University, China Jiliang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Zhejiang Zhengtai Zhong Self-Control Engineering Co., LTD., Hangzhou Meiyi Automation Technology Co., LTD., Hangzhou Yihao Agricultural Technology Co., LTD, was successfully held on February 18, 2023! This meeting was held in dual-track mode. The total number of delegates, keynote speakers, attendees and online viewers is close to 2,000.

在开幕式致辞中,项春教授代表浙江水利水电学院,对各位院士、专家、学者能抽出宝贵的时间参会,表示衷心的感谢和诚挚的欢迎!对本次会议的胜利召开表示热烈的祝贺!

在致辞中,项春教授谈及浙江水利水电学院是浙江省内唯一一所水利水电特色的工科类应用型本科高校、唯一一所水利部和浙江省人民政府共建高校、唯一一所获评“全国文明单位”“全国文明校园”的“双文明”高校。自2004年1月,时任浙江省委书记习近平同志在给学校50周年校庆的贺信中,作出了“建设高质量、有特色的水利水电学校”的重要指示。学校一直牢记习近平总书记殷殷嘱托,秉承着“博学求实”之校训,践行“自强、务实、尚德、求真”之精神,坚持按照“高质量、有特色”发展目标谋篇布局、持续奋斗。

近年,学校以南浔校区启用为新机遇、新平台、新起点,立足“一校两区”办学新空间,积极打造“水院共同体”,着力深化改革、创新体制机制、优化布局配置、提升内涵建设水平,在人才培养新体系、队伍建设新机制、学科建设新生态、科研服务新模式等方面取得重要进展,新增2个省级一流本科专业建设点,2个专业通过教育部工程教育专业认证,学校列入省硕士学位授予单位立项建设规划;新增1个省级工程研究中心,成立1个产学研合作平台和新型研发机构,1个省重点实验室通过验收,1个省级工程研究中心建设运行评估结果优秀;学校水工程遗产研究院积极为国内古代水利工程申报世界灌溉工程遗产提供技术支撑,截至目前已有5处古代水利工程遗产成功列入世界遗产名录

项春教授及浙江水利水电学院希望,通过本次国际学术会议的召开,为浙江省水利水电发展和科研创新工作提供更多的思考和参考,促进与会各方对浙江省电气、电子与计算机工程研究、云计算、性能计算与深度学习等领域成果以及水利水电技术研究与工程建设有更深入的了解;也殷切期望各位院士专家学者继续关心和助力浙江水利水电学院的成长,助推我校实现更好更快发展;希望通过大家共同的努力加快推进特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学建设,为增强我省中国式现代化新动能,奋力推进“两个先行”,建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化贡献力量!

In the opening ceremony speech, Professor Chun Xiang, on behalf of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, expressed her heartfelt thanks and sincere welcome to all academicians, experts and scholars who could spare their precious time to attend the conference. She expressed warm congratulations on the successful convening of this conference!

In her speech, Professor Xiang Chun mentioned that Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power is the only application-oriented undergraduate university of engineering with water conservancy and hydropower characteristics in Zhejiang Province, the only university co-built by the Ministry of Water Resources and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and the only "double-civilization" university awarded "National civilized Unit" and "National civilized Campus".

In recent years, the school takes the new construction and operation of Nanxun Campus as a new opportunity, a new platform and a new starting point. Based on the new space of "one school and two districts", the school actively builds a "community of water institutes", focuses on deepening the reform, innovating the system and mechanism, optimizing the layout and improving the level of connotation construction. Important progress has been made in developing a new system for personnel training, a new mechanism for building teams, a new ecology for building disciplines, and a new model for providing scientific research services. The university has added 2 provincial-level first-class undergraduate programs, 2 majors have been certified by the Ministry of Education of Engineering Education, and the university has been included in the project construction plan of the provincial master degree awarding unit. In addition, the university added 1 provincial engineering research center, established 1 industry-university-research cooperation platform and new research and development institution, 1 provincial key laboratory has passed the acceptance inspection, and 1 provincial engineering research center has achieved excellent construction and operation evaluation results. The Institute of Water Engineering Heritage actively provides technical support for the application of domestic ancient water conservancy projects to the World Irrigation engineering Heritage. Up to now, 5 ancient water conservancy projects have been successfully listed in the World Heritage list.

Professor Chun Xiang and Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power hope that this international academic conference will provide more thinking and reference for the development and scientific research and innovation of water resources and hydropower in Zhejiang Province, promote the participants to have a deeper understanding of the achievements in electrical, electronic and computer engineering research, cloud computing, performance computing and deep learning, as well as water conservancy and hydropower technology research and engineering construction of Zhejiang Province. Prof. Xiang and the university sincerely hope that academicians, experts and scholars will continue to care about and help the growth of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power to achieve better and faster development,through everyone’s joint efforts, they can accelerate the construction of a high-level applied university with distinctive characteristics. In order to enhance the new driving force of Chinese modernization in our province, they vigorously promote the "two first" and make contribution to the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
