Welcome to the official website of 2023 8th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2023).
The previous conferences of ISAEECE have successfully token place in Guangzhou (2016, 2017), Hangzhou (2018), Zhuhai (2019, 2020), Nanjing(2021) and online(2022) successfully. As an annual conference, it's held in China every year, where more than 500 attendees from 10 countries all around the world have taken part in. ISAEECE 2023 will come back this year and it will provide a valuable opportunity for researchers, scholars and some scientists to exchange their ideas face to face together. ISAEECE 2023 is very special for its strong organization team, dependable reputation and wide sponsors all around the world, which is the leading annual conference of informatics engineering & information science for all researchers home and abroad.
The 2023 8th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2023) will be held on February 17-19, 2023 in Hangzhou, China. ISAEECE 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electrical, electronics and computer engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in electrical, electronics and computer engineering. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference is held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in electrical, electronics and computer engineering and related areas.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISAEECE 2023 will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X)，which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
